I’m Natalia and I fell in love with cooking when hired as sous chef for European in Texas, in Southlake-an amazing polish restaurant we unfortunately had to close. Since the closing I became a house manager and private chef, working with amazing families. I plan, shop, prep and cook all the meals including bigger family gatherings-which are my favorite!
