About
I am a very detailed person. I make sure to get every single shot you want, and more.
I also lost my dad in a helicopter accident when I was 11. Because of that, I love working with couples that have also lost someone close to them. Before the big day, I'll get a picture of your loved one. While taking pictures on your wedding day we'll purposely plan a spot for them to be included. If you yourself have lost your dad, I'd encourage you to walk down the isle by yourself. I'll add your dad after, because trust me, he really wants to do it❤️
Ever since I was a little girl, I've loved weddings. I love the dresses, flowers, feeling of love and seeing everyone so happy. My husband introduced me to photography a couple years ago, and naturally I was drawn the photographing weddings. I still love all of the things I loved before, but now I notice little details. I love seeing the groom watch the bride during toasts, moms smile with tears in their eyes, the occasional booty grab that is supposed to be secret and so much more. I get to capture those things, and I love it!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you inquire about a wedding date, I'll ask you for your phone number and email address. My pricing is done with a customizable brochure that is sent via email. I'll also give you a call to get all the details you have so far and answer any questions you might have.
If you like my work, fill out the brochure with what services, number of hours and à la carte items you need. Submit it so I get a copy.
I'll draft up a contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed and 25% of the total cost paid, your special day is reserved!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My base wedding day package is $2500.
This includes: 5 hours of coverage, 50 edited images, my travel (if in Texas) and photos delivered within 6-8 weeks from wedding day.
You can also select à la carte items: all edited images, black & white images, additional coverage hours, engagement photos, and expedited editing just to name a few.
How did you get started in this business?
This is a funny question! When I married my husband 10.8.15 he loved photography. Eventually, his passion changed to video, and I picked up a camera.
Pictures have always been an important part of my life, but now I get to create and capture those memories for people!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many different Brides and Grooms. One thing I can say about each couple though, is that by the end of their wedding they are considered a new friend.
I'm just a wedding photographer to make friends with other women. It's fine. Kidding😂 But you really will be my friend after!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know your photographer and make sure you mesh! You need to love working with them so you don't have a negative taste in your mouth when it comes to seeing your pictures.
Also! Hire a videographer. We hired a phenomenal Photographer for our wedding, but at the time nobody local did video. I SO regret not having a wedding video to look back on of our day.
Our wedding only happened once, and it's my only regret. Don't make the same mistake!
If you need recommendations for a videographer let me know!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Knowing what you want and what you have to spend is important.
Words are relative. If someone says they need a budget friendly Photographer, someone might mean $500, and someone else mean $5000. Communication is key! In marriage and hiring your photographer! (;
