What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whil I offer several service delivery formats, most of my readings are done through a YouTube video. This format is popular as it allows the client to go back and review the video at any point. I have had clients come back and state they were so happy that they could go back a year later to see how things have played out. They were surprised at the accuracy of the reading in retrospect and really enjoy receiving readings this way. No names are mentioned but you are given a private link to view the video and videos are made public with your permission (only initials are given in the video).
I also provide readings in person at my office by appointment only and by email or phone call if client prefers. Email readings include a photograph of the cards pulled with Interpretation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I discovered my clairvoyant abilities and have communicated with the spirit world since I was a very young child. I began using tarot cards at the age of 11. Additionally, I have published articles and classes on tarot, Palmistry, Wicca and have authored books in intuitive child rearing. I provide educational videos through my personal YouTube channel as well as Witches of the Moon on YouTube. I hold a Master's of Science degree from Texas Woman's University as well as an honorary Master's in Wicca from Universal Life Church. I also hold honorary Doctorates in Metaphysics and Divinity from Universal Life Church.

How did you get started in this business?
I was encouraged to branch out in a business by Timothy Roderick, author of "Wicca: A Year And A Day: 366 Days of Study in the Craft of the Wise".
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of clients from various backgrounds. Many of my clients have been friends or were referred by friends and previous clients
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of reading are you looking for? Do you want something in depth which will cover various facets of your life or do you just want some general guidance about a specific situation? Remember that a reading gives information about specific energies underlying a situation with POSSIBLE outcomes. The future is dependent on many things and Tarot is guidance not an absolute. But a good reader will give you good solid Information. It is NOT "fortune telling"!
