What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greetings, get details on what type of service they are needing. Upon request demo or tasting for a minimum fee. Schedule date and time to either be there private chef, event caterer or etc. Then payment arrangement, from drop off, set up, serve, break down for the catered event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Business Management, Food Management certification and over 20 years of customer service, culinary arts and brand ambassador in food and beverage industry.
