Stik a Fork in it was first created in The deep south of Mississippi. Circumstances brought our amazing Chef to San Antonio , Tx. She's been killing the scene ever since. Her food is creative, spontaneous, delicious, and makes you feel warm. Chef Juanita has been showcased on S. A. live and Food networks top show Cuttheoat Kitchen.

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most often we set an appointment for a brief consultation. To go over menu options, budgets, etc. After that we decide if the customer would like to have a tasting. All tasting are 25.00 per person. Once the customer has decided on a menu or had a menu customized cor them we move fprward with a contract and deposit. 

Due to Covid -19 restrictions. We are not doing in person consulations. But we are still doing them over the phone or via Zoom/Skype, Facebook messenger. We are still doing tasting menus options as well. For pick up only. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Le Cordon educated. 


How did you get started in this business?

My parents owned restaurants so Ive grown up in the business. I started out as a personal chef and moved up from there.
