My passion for quality cuisine started when I was 15 in Buenos Aires, my mentor was Gato Dumas from Argentina (http://www.gatodumas.com.ar) I traveled from South America to Europe, and by 19 years old, I graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. I was in charge of opening various restaurants around the world as well, I worked at Café Milano, The Ritz Carlton, Crown Plaza DC, and many others. At 31 years old, I opened my own restaurant Café Ettore in Palisades (DC). I enjoy cooking and I have a desire to serve delicious food to customers. In the same way that an artist manipulates their paints to form a picture, as a Chef I enjoy when I am preparing various food products to form a cohesive, tasty and visually-appealing artistic dish.
