What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email, text or phone follow up with potential customer request for a catering menu. Allow up to two weeks for the customer to review, follow up for any questions.
Will meet with potential customers at thier request to review and discuss menu and services provided.
Sorry, not able to do food tastings or sampling. We will provide references.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All three owners are KCBS Pitmasters, and two with former restaurant experience and one owner is a Joureyman, Certified Meat Cutter
How did you get started in this business?
Started out cooking, BBQ for family and KCBS competition and won 1st place Peoples Choice award in first event.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have served at public festivals, brew/tap houses, weddings, company picnics, church homecoming dinners and birthday parties.
