Roger Colfax. I all about making the event as special as possible for the client with a never say no policy. Anything possible. I am very flexible and go with the flow kinda guy. I have a bachelor's degree in culinary arts from a classic French school. I have worked all of the country and 2 different countries. I have letters of recommendation of 4 diffent chef. I have worked at Arizona Builtmore, steak and lobster houses, greasy spoons bars ect. I can make anything and everything from scratch. I believe everyone eats with there eyes and every plate no matter what sh I uls be so inviting all you hear through the dinning room is clatter of silverware and laughter smiles of absolute satisfaction. So to speak people wanting to pick there plates. Food is my passion not just a job.
