About
I like to add a level of fun and playfulness to everything I do, this includes my style of photography.
I've always been attracted to portraits the most because I love the idea of capturing someone's beauty, personality and quirks. The only thing I love more than photography would be people.
I enjoy everything about the world of photography. I have been so lucky to find my true love profession so early in life, and I plan on growing and learning more and more.
Do what you love and you never work a day in your life, right?

How did you get started in this business?
I got into photography what feels like a lifetime ago, all because a friend asked me to hold his camera for a second. I felt like an appendage I had been missing from my body was added back. It felt really good to be able to collect information from everything going on around me, I wasn’t very good at articulating as an awkward teenager and photography quickly became the perfect outlet.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds. I’ve photographed weddings, newborns, families, musicians, pets, headshots. You name it.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have so many favorite events I’ve gotten to attend through being a photographer. Just last year I was able to meet and photograph Amanda Palmer and Gifted Gab, which were huge milestones in my career as well as a music geek thrill π
The other that holds fond memories would be when shooting a wedding that took place on Friday Harbor and the ferries had all shut down, we took a creative turn and chartered a prop plane onto the island. I will tell you right now, if you’re looking for a baller way to make an entrance there is no better than a plane.
