What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are by appointment only. We travel all over the Bay Area to meet clients, and have sessions with clients all over the world via the Internet and Email. We meet you at a cafe near you, or come to your home for a private, longer session.
Once we determine the type of reatding you want, we set up and appointment, offer instructions, and a calendar confirmation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wanugee is Eurasian, was born in Asia, and has lived in 2 countries in Asia in his youth, and has visited 500 cities in 30 countries on 5 continents. He has always sought wisdom, drinking from the Wisdom stream at Kyomizu-dera temple. In the past he has used the Tarot, Astrology, I Ching, Runes, Psychometry, Tai Chi, Meditation, Chanting, Yoga, Bach Flowers and Guided Visualizations for himself and some of these to help others.
He is not your average intuitive. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, studied Business, and has decades of Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Startup and International experience.
He has found harmony and wisdom with an ancient Asian Oracle that predicts the Qi Energy flowing in the Seeker's future, in a subtle and refined way, like the directions of the winds, or like Feng Shui or Acupuncture Qi (Chi) energy.

How did you get started in this business?
I was introduced to the metaphysicial arts 26 years ago, and did it as a hobby for 20 years while I was a corporate international business manager. 6 years ago I started giving readings part time, and 4 years ago I started to do it full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals, couples, families, friends, small groups, private parties, and corporate events. We have done events from 6 to 600 people, and have a team of Fortune Tellers available for larger events.
We have over 300 repeat individual clients, and we have several repeat corporate clients. Combining all of our Seekers and guests at parties, we have offered readings to 5,000 different individuals in just over 5 years, from all around the world.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
For the last 3 years in a row, we have given free mini-fortunes to shoppers at Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall in San Jose as part of their Lunar New Year festivities. This helped the mall promote the opening of Din Tai Fung restaurant and ShareTea tenants, offered fun for families, and guidance for Seekers.

Check out their Yelp reviews. We have over 100, 90% being 5 stars. Look for professionalism in communications and interactions, get references to other events or clients, the ability to offer a written quote that suits your needs, and the flexibility to meet your desired experience goals.
