Layers By Xanthe is a small bakery, that focuses on Viennoiserie, Pastry, and Cakes. Our product is made with the intention of highlighting every single layer on ones senses.

Cakes:

We don’t just make cakes, we think about them! Traditional cakes are amazing, and Gluten-Free people need cake, too. We make Entremets, which are Gluten Free layered mousse cakes, generally finished with a Mirror Glaze (our Carrot Cake version is AMAZING!). Entremets are my passion, but we also make killer Pavlovas...

Viennoiserie & Pastry:

Even our Tarts have layers! We make an assortment of pastries for any event, and have “Pastry Boxes” available for delivery!

High Tea & Yoga:

We would love to bring the party to you, or you can come to us! Join us in a 45-60 flow lead by a certified yoga instructor, followed by a 3 coarse High Tea (Viennoiserie, Pastry, & Cakes). Of coarse, High Tea is available with or without yoga for private events.

What I enjoy the most is the thought process. Each person is different, therefore each cake must be thought about differently. Two people might like chocolate, but one might like the bitter notes, vs someone else the fruitiness,so we accent those with flavors accordingly.
