My name is Kryssie and I was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Orange County at 15. I'm a classically trained chef and I’ve been cooking professionally for about 15 years in the hotel industry. I like to work with seasonal and sustainable ingredients as much as possible. I became a freelance chef in 2020 specializing in Filipino-fusion but well-versed in other cuisines as well. I like telling my story and sharing my culture through food.
