I am a 5-year hospitality graduate from Germany. I spent several years in Florida where I worked as a pastry chef in Miami. I've live in LA for 20 years and worked as bartender/bar manager, banquet captain/manager, restaurant manager, private chef. I have done 15 years of catering and event management. Currently I work at USC as executive chef. I also make wedding cakes.
