My friend Trejan Apodaca and I (Dylan Hunsley) started this project in order to show the people around san diego area the beautiful produce that surrounds us. I'm a classically trained chef and I’ve been cooking professionally for about 15 years in the hotel industry. I like to work with seasonal and sustainable ingredients as much as possible.
