We are a family owned and operated restaurant using only the freshest and finest ingredients available to provide Authentic Cuisines from around the world. Executive Chef Anthony Asciolla has over 20 years of experience and hosts an International Menu. After 9 years of owning Perfect Peach Events Anthony and Christine have opened thier first Restaurant here on Long Island called Got a Guy Eatery located in Calverton.
Nothing completes an event like the perfect food. We get the opportunity to bring together a theme with it's matching cuisines. Sometimes that means Blue food for a Frozen Themed Sweet Sixteen, Jack Daniels Ribs at the company BBQ or passed Hors D'oeuvres at the Cocktail Party. As the Caterer we have the opportunity to be a major part of the process and no matter what if the food is perfect, the event is a success!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a conversation. This gives us the opportunity to find out what kind of event you are throwing. From there we will create a menu exclusively for each client. complete with Staff, Linens and more.

Pricing varies depending on the Event.
Our minimum is 20 people.
Drop off starts at $15 per person.
Full Service starts at $25 per person.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We got the opportunity to give away a wedding to a deserving couple. They were high school sweethearts seperated by life. Now in thier 70's they found each other once again and were determined to spend the rest of thier lives together, but when she was diagnosed with cancer they knew there wasn't much time. Within 30 days we organized a full blown wedding featuring a Winter Wonderland theme, 5 course dinner and all the fixings. The Bride even got to wear a red ribbon on her dress like she always dreamt she would. Thier marraige lasted 6 months before he had to say goodbye to her, but we were honored to give them the memory of a lifetime.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a conversation, especially for a big event. If this is corporate you want to know the Caterer is professional, experienced and possibly most important for you, puntual. For a personal event, you want to make sure the Caterer and/or Event Planner is seeing your vision, feeling your vibe and providing the event you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There are so many, and this is why having conversation is so important, even if it is through e-mails. Especially when it comes to Catering, every event is different from the next.
