What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple... call or email us for a quote. Want to view the limousine or bus in person? Call us to arrange a visit to our location in Upper Marlboro, MD. Ready to reserve? We email you a confirmation and you secure the reservation with a deposit (based on the vehicle type this is either $100, $200 or 50% of the reservation, nonrefundable). That's it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service clients for all occasions including but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, special nights out, funerals and any other need for transportation.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Request to see the vehicle you are hiring in person! There are a lot of people that have one or two vehicles in their fleet but rent out other styles and then sub out to unreputable companies. You want to make sure you are getting the service and reputation you are paying for!
