I am a Personal Chef, Caterer and I also provide Meal Prep services. I’ve had the opportunity of working at Walt Disney World while graduating from Culinary School. I booked Chef Mera for a private dinner for six I must say I was extremely impressed not only with her cooking skills, the presentation was stunning, her ability to be attentive, professional, confident in what she’s doing and the knowledge she entails. Chef Mera provided me and my guest with a memorable experience to remember forever. Im looking forward in creating our next experience.

Let me just start off by saying impressed does not qualify as the word I would consider Chef Meras cooking. I was awestruck at not just the quality of her cooking but also the professionalism of her presentation. Everything Mera cooked was delicious and catered to exactly what my family wanted for that evening. She not only turned our house into a 5 -star restaurant but also took care of cleaning up after with no responsibility to the owners. My family and I will be booking Chef Mera for the rest of this year into the new year and I recommend you who is reading this to do the same!!!

Chef Mera’s food is Mouthwatering, I felt like a queen as she prepared dish after dish as I sat at my dinner table! Not only was her service five star. She also brought her own silverware and platters. The service was fast and she cleaned up after herself. It was as if she turned my kitchen into a 6 star restaurant. She will definitely provide not only good food, but a memorable experience!

My encounter with Chefmera was a delightful experience; she created my all-time favorite dish, banana pudding. I will never forget the time she showed me her passion for cooking and serving people. She takes her time, is patient, and has an incredible craft. Chef Mera is very professional! We loved having her create a wonderful menu for our event. The food was great, the experience was even better!
