My name is Valeri Fuentes, I'm 38 years old and I'm originally from Venezuela. In 2012 I began to travel the world to learn about other cultures and culinary techniques. I have been cooking for more than 10 years and I have had the opportunity to work for the best restaurants and hotels around Latin America such as the Four Seasons and Elena Restaurant, one of the 50 best restaurants in the world.

My cuisine is defined by traditional flavors mixed with seasonal ingredients, I like to innovate and work with a personalized menu for my client, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. My dishes will always have an element of art in them, colors and shapes.
