What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact with a new client is a fun process. Discovering our clients needs is always our top priority. Once we have a plan we get to work and plan together with you the best catered event you can imagine.

We do have a set price list. However, every single catering event is different so we work with you to obtain a successful result within your budget and requirements.
How did you get started in this business?
our family has operated Cuban restaurants. In 2005 we opened Bella Cuba Restaurant in Miami Beach. 14 years on we are now known as one of the best and oldest Cuban Restauranrs in South Beach

We have worked with many corporate and private clients. Our experience with a wide variety of clients over the years gives us the flexibility to moly’s to your needs. We understand the importance of getting the small details right.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
we recently catered an event at a waterside home in Miami Beach. The client requested a private chef and servers, which is one of the many catered services we offer. Our chef brought exactly what everyone would love as we worked with the client ahead of time to chose all the dishes and ingredients. We personalize the experience so that you can spend your time hosting and enjoying your event while we take care of making you look great and taking the stress out of the day for you! Our chef was happy to have use of a full outdoor kitchen where he Barbacued marinated meats, served over 30 guests in a relaxed setting poolside overlooking Biscayne Bay! We brought so many of our delicious appetizers, salads, meats and seafood, which were all mainly grilled and served Mediterranean style. It went along perfectly with the mixologist we helped source who kept everyone talking about his drinks. Paired with our food it was the perfect combination and perfect catering. Extremely happy guests have booked us to cook at their next home event already!
