We are a company that was created by Chef George and Chef Caro almost 10 years ago. Chef George began his culinary journey by creating his first restaurant in Miami Beach called Rancho Grande. Chef Caro has traveled the world learning about different gastronomic flavors, where today he has two restaurants in Bogota, Colombia and three American food restaurants together with his partner and friend George in Miami.

We are passionate about the culinary world, but our greatest passion is being able to serve our guests and exceed their expectations, giving them an unforgettable experience.
