What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer, one month or 2 weeks before the event at the latest. Write down and meal plan all items with the guest. Reassure plate cost, foods wanted or requested. Then reassure meal plans before leaving and 1 week before the event planned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified chef. Graduate of Erwin Technical College. Top of the class c/o 2019 I also havr over 15 years Experience in cooking.
