What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get standard details such as the date and time, how many guests, location, budget, what they might like or open to menu suggestions. The next step is confirming a menu, then the catering contract and invoice will be sent. Try to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Iowa Culinary Institute at DMACC in 2012. After graduation I did an externship in Las Vegas and from there worked at several places and decided to branch out on my own.
