Established in 2019 by chef Mae Gaines. Vegan Soul is a Boise based business that specializes in making extraordinary vegan soul food. We have won awards and featured on several news sources such as USA Today and KTVB 7. We take traditional southern recipes and make them all awesomely vegan. Our food is widely enjoyed by more than just vegans. Even non vegan are head over heeel for our southern meals which include our famous macaroni and cheese, collard greens, corn pudding, peach cobbler and vegan ribs are just a few of our most loved items. We offer a wide variety of options and prices to fit any budget
