    Dean Black is not your average event planner. He is very creative, quickly learns your style, actively listens, professional, has an agenda, sets goals/deadlines and meets them. He has excellent communication skills. He lives for making your event extra special and one that you will remember the rest of your life! I nicknamed him Deanterest many years ago because he comes up with his own creative ideas in his mind and does not rely on Pinterest to plan or decorate a party. A little DABll do ya is very reasonably priced event planning, especially with a genuine gentleman behind the scenes who will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied.

    “I was unaware of all the special details that would be given on our big day!!! Dean was absolutely fantastic, anything and everything I needed was done and done perfectly. He helped, plan, organize and de-stress many questions/obstacles! It cost very little for a deposit to reserve space. We were married on a Saturday morning around 11:30 am with about 85 guests. They set up chairs for a small fee, catered, helped set, everything! I was even able to go the night before and help to relieve any last-minute fears but they had it covered! I couldnt have asked for a better day! The staff are awesome, the food is AMAZING, and the service is just priceless! In all honesty, we are more than happy!; Dean coordinated almost everything I didnt think of, he anticipated and helped greatly!!! I would recommend him over and over for a wedding or any event. Having the chairs outside next to the garden was just breathtaking!!! I am so blessed and pleased with the outcome! The rehearsal dinner was coordinated by him as well, Dean once again was fantastic! On the morning of the wedding, the staff had thought of last-minute things and took care of it. Words cant describe what a wonderful choice this was!! Thank you”

    Our onboarding process typically begins with an initial consultation which we offer to each new client free of charge, either virtually or in person. This initial phase is focused on understanding the vision of our client, getting to know one another and determining a comfortable fit.  Once we understand the outcomes desired by our client we put together a detailed proposal of how we can bring this vision to life.  This proposal is then considered by the client and adjusted if necessary to meets their specific needs.  Once we have reached an agreement on how to proceed, we formalize our relationship and begin to create memories, together.

    Twenty-five + years of event-related experience, Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Accredited Bridal Consultant (ABC), Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP).

    Our services are typically offered in one of four packages:  Full-Service, Partial-Service, Coordination or Select. Pricing varies based upon anticipated attendance, service level, and event specifics.  We are typically paid based upon a percentage of the overall expenditures of the event, but also offer a flat fee and hourly rate in some cases. All prices/quotes are all-inclusive and completely transparent. We also offer a FREE Initial Consultation as well as discounts for "off-season" and "non-Saturday" events as well as for veterans and repeat customers.

    A natural affinity toward service. Numerous years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry - travel, food & beverage, lodging, logistics, tourism, staffing, special events and management.

    EVERYONE - Individuals, Couples, Committees, Corporations - from every origin, orientation and belief.

    Wedding Planner - Full Service: complete involvement from engagement to honeymoon. Planning, styling, budgeting, attire, vendor coordination, timelines, organize, develop and execute all events including Bridal Shower, Bachelor Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Month/Day-Of Coordination for both Ceremony and Reception for 175 guests. 10-month project.
