   Chef Malik really loves to deliver a greater than expected level of service and top of the industry food to all his clients. Chef Malik  never uses  any canned, frozen,or precooked items. Whatever dish he provides will be strictly made completely from scratch.

Chef Malik is a certified chef with the American Culinary Association and also with the American Personal and Private Chef Association. Chef Malik has been certified as a food sanitation manager by the National Restaurant Association.

    Chef Malik is PHENOMENAL! He is very professional, punctual, and polite (called everyone at my dinner party “ma’am or sir”). The food was beyond DELICIOUS...scrumptious and delightful! From the moment he and his assistant entered my kitchen, they took over and handled EVERYTHING (even cleaned the kitchen AND put the food away for leftovers). I WILL NOT recommend anyone else, but Chef Malik and On Point Personal Chef and Catering.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First there is an initial consultation where Chef Malik gets to know the clients personal needs and wants. Things like diet, food likes and dislikes, establish services needed, develop menu, and discuss clients budget.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Chef Malik attended Lincoln Culinary Institution in Columbia, Md. Then Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh Pa. He has taken several cooking technique classes and private lessons with some of the best chefs in the industry.
