The smiles, satisfaction and praises from my customers warms my heart very much. I have been cooking all my life and it is something I genuinely enjoy and I love creating new meals and learning from other people and other cultures.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically call the customer and introduce myself. Find out what their plans are. Ask them to send me their order via text or email, their budget and we go from there. I ask questions, I give suggestions and we work together to come up with the best menu for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a food handlers licence, I have taken trainings on food handling, temperature and I think the most important training in this precession is experience. I am the 5th out of 6 children, the only girl, an Aunt and also a mother. I have been cooking for my brothers all my life and now I am cooking for their children, their spouses and their children. It's my passion, it's what I do.
