Hello, my name is Chef Lonnie. I made my debut in the culinary industry six years ago as a baker making savory baked goods and pastries. Later I studied at a top culinary school under some of the world's best certified master chefs who taught me techniques Classic American and International cuisine. Currently I serve as the Head Chef at Cater With A Cause which is a catering company that gives a portion of its proceeds to providing nutritious meals to families facing food insecurity.
