Our catering company concept is to the infusion flavour of different cultures. As chef we enjoy learning the culture of dishes and creating recipes that are unique. Our best part of our weekly duties are going to shop for the best and freshness ingredients for menu. Also feeding the homeless a hot meal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer have a few step. The steps are we introduce ourselves and give a little background information about our company, we will discuss the service we can provide. We will discuss the idea and menu with our customers. We create a draft menu and share with the customer. After a menu is approve , we will schedule a tasting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are two chefs that graduated from culinary art school and training program. We both in the field for five to seven years, trained by great chefs such as Jean George, Geoffrey Zakarian and John Dorothy. We had worked major company such as Google. We had been to worked fine dining, Banquet and Buffet style kitchen.
