What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is making contact, usually via email until the client is ready to commit or desires to speak.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Germain School of Photography, Various Photography courses during college, School of Visual Arts continuing education, New York School of Photography.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this line of work by being a second shooter to a wedding and events photographer. From there I went on to become a Papparazzi in NYC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of customers. Public Relations agents, many wedding couples and parents of Sweet 16. I am comfortable around anyone who is appreciative of my work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a very good experience at a wedding I photographed. The bride and groom as well as the majority of the wedding party were so excited with my work, they were extremely pleasant.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research and make sure to feel comfortable with the one you will hire. For things like a wedding or Sweet 16 you will spend some time dealing with each other and a real good photographer can make your special day much more memorable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Agree on the time allocation during the event to the photographer. This is a busy day for all and you will all be pulled in many direction. Make communication a must at the day.
