Pinnacle Car Service (PCS) is an executive luxury transportation company available to you and your business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are designed to provide a reliable, discrete, and secure transportation service throughout New Jersey/New York metropolitan area and, thanks to our vast affiliate network, over forty (40) markets throughout the United States. We specialize in providing luxurious transportation for all leisure and corporate travelers. We are members of the National Limousine Association (NLA) and the Limousine Association of New Jersey (LANJ).

We work very hard to have well maintained, clean, and safe vehicles with friendly, professional, and personable chauffeurs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking, clients will reach out to us and discuss their transportation needs. Parties, weddings, and other special events require some consultation to understand wants and needs and coordinate logistics. Airport transfers and routine point-to-point trips are more straightforward to organize and usually require only necessary logistical information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first part of my career was spent working in financial services on Wall St. I learned quite a bit about customer service, etiquette, timeliness, and setting expectations especially since financial decisions are some of the most personal and important decisions clients make. The attributes needed to be successful in financial services translate nicely into the luxury transportation business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Special events like wedding, sporting events, nights out on the town, require hourly service regardless of vehicle type. After consulting with you, we can come up with an initial estimate.
Airport transfers and other point-to-point trips usually have a flat-rate price if within our normal service area. Trips exceeding our service area may incur travel time.
How did you get started in this business?
After leaving my last job in financial services, I decided to tap into my entrepreneurial spirit and start my own luxury transportation company. I felt my prior experience could give me a distinct advantage in creating a great company that would consistently exceed client expectations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our business is about 80% corporate and 20% retail. Our typical client is a corporate business executive.
