My true passion for creating dishes developed from cooking with his mother at a young age, attending the New York City College of Technology- Hospitality Management, and working at several prestigious New York restaurants. He prides himself in being a hands-on chef that is driven by the complexity and challenges that are presented in the catering world, all the while using the best available ingredients and supporting regional farms by using fresh local products.
Our pricing is based on the kind of event the client has in mind. All our menus are customized to fit the clients vision.
We have standard pricing guidelines that we reference, but that price will change depending on menu requested.
I founded Creative Concepts NYC which has thrived since 2009. After running a New York catering company for many years, he realized that with his combined passion for food and relationships gained, he could offer an exceptional product that represented his vision and appetite for collaboration.
We have worked with all types of customers from private events to corporate events, weddings, sitdown dinners, cocktail parties, holiday parties etc... We also do breakfast, lunch and dinner drop offs.
All our events have a special charm to them, as we treat all of our clients uniquely.

If there is a theme, have details of your vision
Your budget, if there is one, always take under consideration that food cost does not include wait staff or specialty items, delivery etc..
