What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My true passion for creating dishes developed from cooking with his mother at a young age, attending the New York City College of Technology- Hospitality Management, and working at several prestigious New York restaurants. He prides himself in being a hands-on chef that is driven by the complexity and challenges that are presented in the catering world, all the while using the best available ingredients and supporting regional farms by using fresh local products.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based on the kind of event the client has in mind. All our menus are customized to fit the clients vision.
We have standard pricing guidelines that we reference, but that price will change depending on menu requested.
How did you get started in this business?

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
All our events have a special charm to them, as we treat all of our clients uniquely.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions as you need to. Never settle for "we cannot do that, or it cannot be done" in catering most things are possible except for last minute orders with specialty items that need to be ordered ahead of time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Type of food being served
If there is a theme, have details of your vision
Your budget, if there is one, always take under consideration that food cost does not include wait staff or specialty items, delivery etc..
You hire a cater to put together your vision, give them the tools they need to do just that.
