What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I listen to the customers desires from their favorite childhood dish...we work on their visual...we have several conversations on the phone, in person, and via email...once the customer and Annie Hodge comes to an agreement, contracts need to be signed...customer puts half down & we move on from their...also Annie Hodge requires a kitchen on site to cook in
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs have served & cooked for the US MILITARY, in foreign venues in Japan, Korea, and Guam. Has been a part of an amazement park yearly event in Alaska and continue to provide for single unaccompanied soldiers.
One of our chefs was educated through a culinary school.
We certainly have over twenty years of experience in Southern, Latin, and Caribbean cuisine.
