We typically introduce our cuisine and find out exactly what the customers want and what type of event their having. We' are flexible and can tweak our menu to include request from the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been operating this business for 7 years in the capital region and have built a name for ourselves. My sister has a Bachelors on Hotel and Restaurant Management from SUNY Delhi in addition to an Associate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Schenectady County Community College.
