What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get personal. I want to know every style that you like. I work with ANY budget and any menu can be customized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management
Top of Class graduate from Institute of Culinary Education.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started cooking when I was 7 years old with my grandmother in Puerto Rico. I climbed the ropes, became an executive chef at 26 and still felt unfulfilled. It wasn't until I started to become a private chef that I found my true passion for cooking. I was able to connect with my customers on a more intimate level and really provide them with an experience tailored to their needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go for someone with character. Anyone can drop in and cook and leave. If you find a Chef that's willing to get to know you to provide a better experience, that's the one you go for. That's who I am and who I strive to be in my career.
