Fermentina NYC is a woman-owned, New York-based artisanal food company specializing in handcrafted, organic catering, fermented dairy products and baked goods rooted in ancient European traditions.
Our flagship offerings include Bulgarian-style yogurt made from a unique blend of A2 cow and buffalo milk, as well as naturally leavened sourdough bread made with heritage grains. Fermentina was founded with a deep passion for health, tradition, and sustainability — combining old-world techniques with modern food safety standards to produce nutrient-rich, gut-friendly products for health-conscious consumers.
What began as a small-batch family kitchen project has grown into a fast-rising brand with strong local demand and expansion plans across farmers markets, specialty grocers, catering services, and mobile food retail.
