After years of working in the service industry, our love for good food, good wine, living and creating unforgettable experiences is why we started Gauchonfire about 5 years ago.
We cook with organic high-quality products, imported organic beef from Uruguay; we have an amazing looking after every single detail, and our Chef-Grill Fire Master grew up in the Uruguayan countryside home of the most amazing BBQ techniques.
Through our food, grilles set up, impeccable service we create an experience, not just a meal.
What I enjoy the most is to look at our clients smiling and having a great time in their own event.
