About
I am a certified event planner with many years of planning experience, but I have recently turned this into a full time job and opened my current company which has so far been an amazing experience I could never imagine. The reason I stand out is because planning is my true passion and I will never have more than one customer at a time during the planning process which assures you my full attention.
I've always loved planning parties, whether its for myself and my family or friends, I just always have had a knack for finding the best venues, entertainers and caterers at prices that let you enjoy yourself while knowing you are getting a great experinece. There's just something I recognize when talking to different vendors that allows me to separate the good ones from the mediocre and/or over priced ones.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know what it is you as the customer want, without getting into your head and figuring out what you want out of your event there is no way for anyone to be able to throw the event that will live up to your dreams. I also discuss budget once we know what type of event/party you are looking to throw, to make sure you the customer has real expectations and won't be disappointed during your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CEPS certified and have planned over 35 events in just the last 2 years alone
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, in the event planning field there is no way to standardize pricing and anyone who tells you different is just fooling you
How did you get started in this business?
I was always planning parties for my kids and people would love the parties and would then ask for my help to plan their events/parties, it got to a point where it only made sense to take it from a hobby to my current business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from kid parties, engagement parties, baby showers to weddings, corportate events, etc
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently planned a family reunion that consisted of 87 people, they wanted to do it in a private secluded area, so I found them a house to rent as well as a local caterer who fit their dietary needs, which was mostly a low carb high protein party as well as entertainment for the kids, transportation for 45 people and a live band while getting them under budget by 15% of their original budget
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Beware of planners who already have vendors ready for you, they will tell you they have the "perfect" vendor for you when in reality is it most likely someone who is paying them commision for the work and might not be perfect at all. I do not have contracts nor get commision from any vendors as I feel that would ruin my integrity. I find you the vendors you need after discussing your needs and budget every single time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Depends what pros you need, but always check online to see what each individual pro should be supply or bring to the table before hiring them.
