Chez Ambiance Bistro Catering is an “all-occasion" catering company. One of the things that makes us stand out is that we offer a variety of many types of services.

We are not only Caterers, but we're also Event Planners who will organize & orchestrate all various types of events. Setting up & arranging everything from tents, tables, chairs, decorations, music, bar w/bartender and we bring in full-service staff to serve your guests.

One of our specialties is our "Theme Catered Buffets" starting with a delicious buffet surrounded by a specialty theme.

We have various music packages, theme picnics and theme adventures. We offer 3 themed picnic packages, one of which is our Summer Carnival Picnic where we bring a mini-carnival & BBQ to the park, beach or your own backyard.

Over the years off and on, my husband and I had used Chez Ambiance Bistro Catering for parties weve thrown when we lived there years ago. This catering company is very unique because their prime focus are the theme buffets. Some of the themes weve used are the backyard barbecue family picnic, gourmet salad buffet for my womens club and the wine and pasta buffet for my husbands parents 50th anniversary. They all are delicious. Everybody raved.

For what they do and all thats included in the package, the prices are still outstanding. Theyve always been easy to work with and courteous. Each time we used them in the past, they have gone out of their way to accommodate my family and friends. My husband and I are expats now and live in Portland, OR but weve referred them to a number of our family and friends in Buffalo for their services. If we still lived in Orchard Park, NY we would still consider them to be our official caterers when we decide to have a party. So we highly recommend using them when you have a party you want catered. They do cater all occasions but I suggest you try one of their theme buffets. Theyre great and that is really what makes them unique.
