What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a face to face phone or virtual communication. To get more clarification on typical foods/allergies and drinks the customers like. It's more intimate when you put a name with a face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a nurse educating customers about food allergies and much more.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started at the age of 6 helping my grandmother at her restaurant until she passed away 13 yrs ago.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent event was a yr ago today in Atlanta, GA at a Black rodeo event. I loved seeing the children riding the horses and dressing up as cowboys and cowgirls. Very impressive and grateful that I was asked to cater for the event.
