Food service is my passion it's all I know and it's all I've ever wanted to do with my life since I was a kid. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, the nations best culinary school I've worked and headed kitchens at some of the most prestigious establishments in the industry such as The Chatham Inn, Meat Market Steakhouse, Michael Jordan Steakhouse, The Wauwinet... the list goes on. Putting smiles on my clients faces is why I get up every morning to do this.
