What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and i speak i over the phone to determine what they want,.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan and At-Sunrice in Singapore.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a set amount above cost of the food (and i give you a copy of the reciepts). I also discount heavily to military or first responders.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I started doing small dinners for couples, and now do alot of charity work, mostly with veterans and law enforcement charities
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My favorite event is helping to cook at the VA hospital every August for over 2000 veterans and their families.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with your gut, and ask for pics or refrences.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How many people, what type of food you want, and the type of event. A wedding is a far different atmosphere then a block party!
