What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually do tastings so they know what they’re going to get and We sit down with our customers to hash out there a event and what their expectations are as far as set up breakdown type of food they are looking for price points etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef is a French culinary Institute graduate with a bachelors degree in classic French cuisine and restaurant management he works for the Marriott Marquis for over 13 years as their executive sous chef of banquets

We normally charge per person any where from $25 to $80 per person depending on the menu we build for the client
How did you get started in this business?
we are a family owned business we got started after a Successful dinner party that we had at our house for 70 of our closest church friends and we thought to our Selves could we do this professionally
