Our typical process is as follows.
1. Contact the customer to get a sense of what the event will be. (Birthday, anniversary, social get together)
2. Send sample menu and cost proposal
3. Work with client to get details, provide contact and take deposit
4. Finalize all details and payment
5. Execute event
