What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We look forward to speaking to future clients to find out what sort of event they are hosting to ensure proper staff. As how many staff would be appropriate for the amount of guests they are expecting. Whether it be for either servers or a bartenders. Making sure to go through the clients expectations of services they are seeking.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Bartenders are professionally trained. Bartenders make a great addition to any party… They will start by going through any Signature Drinks for your Occasion…making sure they are prepared and ready for your guests…They will make sure the Bar & drinks are all set .. Cut any fruit, Setting up ice buckets, chilling liquors beers & wines etc. Serving & Making drinks Refill coolers & ice buckets throughout event as well as keeping the bar clean throughout your Event.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

The Rate for a Server or Waitress is 35 dollars an hour for a minimum of 4 hours of service. This rate would not include gratuity for the requested hours… We are happy to help you with any amount of hours to make sure you enjoy your party!

How did you get started in this business?

I can certainly thank my family for setting me off on this journey. They were always hosting a special celebration a birthday party or a holiday. They had me helping be a part of any event whether it was in the kitchen baking a cake or pie, setting a table or helping wash dishes. I can honestly remember my grandmother teaching many family recipes. Such wonderful memories now to look back. So thankful for all those special moments. As I grew old enough to work, I began working in any customer service job I could find! I found myself in a restaurant! A true learning experience… Not only with food and serving but managerial roles. It just felt like a natural progression to continue in the hospitality industry in some capacity. Spending time serving people is what I have enjoyed for so long. And being able to be a part of people’s special moments in life is a true joy! Whether it is setting up decor or cutting a cake… it is a true privilege be a part of people’s parties!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers and love every minute! You can learn so much from people!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We really enjoyed a very large fundraiser of over 250 guests. For a child who suffers from Pompeii disease. It has become an annual event that we look forward to being a part of each year. Knowing in some small way we are making a difference in children’s lives is rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

You definitely want to consider what your expectations are ahead of your event what exactly you are looking for in terms of the kind of event you’re hosting the food you are looking to have prepared either ahead of the event or the day of as well as taking into consideration the amount of staff With respect to the amount of gas you are anticipating for your event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

You should consider creating a time frame ahead of any of your events for example figuring out a time you would like your dinner served or your lunch as well as what time you anticipating your cake to be cut and passed
