What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client will answer a series of questions in order for me to determine what kind of event is being held. Me and the client will talk about budget and share ideas and if the fit is right for the client and I ,we will move forward with a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been actively event planning for two years. I have many years of experience within customer service and food service as well. I have been planning my children's and friends and family events for the last ten years.
