What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet new clients in person for the first reading. I do give readings over the phone but feel one on one gives me more of a sense of the client. Energies etc. are carried with people and in person makes it easier to pick extra energies up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been reading professionally since 2010.Self-educated. In my line of work information and experience is crucial. Training includes: 2 years at "The Festival Of The Dead" in Salem,Massachusetts.Spirit Quest presented by Mr. Ron Kolek (New England Ghost Project and paranormal radio) numerous podcast projects.I am also a published author.

How did you get started in this business?
My talents became apparent at a very early age. I have always advised and counseled friends and family. After many years I decided to go professional and have been blessed to experience a good following. I feel that when you are on the right path in life all the doors open for you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many people from all walks of life. My only restriction is reading anyone under the age of 16. If it is an emergency I will read someone younger only if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Beware of anyone who claims you are "cursed" or "hexed". Unfortunately there are many fakes out there that are just out for the money. They will attach and use scare tactics to rip you off.
This is my career and I do charge for my service,however I truly believe in what I do. My purpose is to help my clients resolve and move forward.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think the most important thing is for my clients to be open-minded and willing to hear what has to be said. For example: A problem with someone you are dating. Be willing to accept that you may be told this is not the best situation for you.
