About
I have been a professional Chef, since 2018 and have an extended amount of experience in Fine Dining, Meal Prep, and Catering. I have also been a huge part of opening brand new kitchens, throughout the Cincinnati area. I've traveled and cooked in many states of the Midwest, and branched out to the southern part of the country in Jacksonville, Florida where I worked with one of the Top 10 restaurants of Jaxs Beach, and worked on a large scale of catering for the Jacksonville Jaguars, successfully pushing out food for the 2023 NFL Draft.
I came back to Chicago, my home to open my own fleet of food trucks.
