What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers! Typically, we make contact over the phone or email, but many times we meet our catering customers from just coming into our restaurant and dining with us! We asses our customers needs and verify that we can accomodate them with the specific dates and times. We then talk about the menu and what types of food they want served at their event. We can accommodate almost any type of cuisine! We can set up a tasting if needed so that our customers can try our food. Once, we figure out what is exactly needed for their event, we take it from there. Our customers don't need to worry, everything will be taken care of! We stay in close contact until the event. The day of the event, we make sure everything is set up and ready so the customers enjoy their experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the catering business for over 25 years. We can do any event from a small business meeting to a large wedding and anything in between.

Our prices change accoridng to what is ordered. We have a range of prices to accomodate any budget.
How did you get started in this business?
I went to Bowling Green State University and received my degree in Restaurant Management. I worked ‘corporate’ for a few years and found my way to Amber Rose. The restaurant industry has provided me with so much. I met my wife of 22 years, Jennifer; I have two awesome kids, Joseph and Sophia. It has allowed me to build friendships and be a small part of our wonderful community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a range of customers. We have helped with small family gatherings to large corporate events. We have the ability to host events at our restaurant in one of our two party rooms located upstairs, or we can travel to their home or business.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I can't quite say that I am fond of the Memorial Day tornado event, however it did allow me to realize truely blessed by my staff, friends, vendors, customers and community. We were closed for a few weeks, but were very fortunate compared to so many. Our building was one of many affected by this devistating act of nature. It allowed me to reflect and see the big picture. We have been blessed to have been able to work through all of the problems after the tornado and come back better than ever!
