We started out specializing in making chewy cookies; however we expanded into making cakes known for their moistness. Our recipes are based, in part, on Southern family traditions. It doesn't feel like work. I enjoy the look on customer's faces as they absorb the texture and taste of the quality desserts I make. There have been times where I have given some my recipes, telling them exactly how to make a dessert, and their response is: "It didn't come out like yours did."
